Spreading hope from Bluff to Cape Reinga

Welcome to The Key to Life Charitable Trust

The Key to Life Charitable Trust believes it is time to stop throwing negatives at the problem of suicide and to start throwing positives at the solution! We need to start talking about the why people become so desperate that they feel they can’t go on. When you ask questions, you find answers.

"It's a little voice that is telling you that you are not worthy, that people don't like you and that you are taking up space.
Everyone has an inner critic, but no-one - until they are in crisis - ever talks about it."
